The problem

Weekends are packed. Monday through Thursday, half your bays sit empty — the quiet nights that quietly drag down utilization and revenue.

Built for sim venues

Everything an indoor golf business needs to run leagues.

SimCap, automatic scoring, bay scheduling, and the full leagues engine — tuned for the way an indoor simulator venue actually operates.

SimCap fair matchups

A proprietary simulator handicap that keeps mixed-ability golfers competitive across bays and settings — so a Tuesday league stays fun for everyone.

  • Sim-specific handicap
  • Net matchups that stay competitive

Automatic score capture

Scores sync automatically on GolfZon. On any other system, golfers enter scores manually or scan a scorecard photo — no hardware lock-in.

  • GolfZon auto score-sync
  • Manual / photo entry otherwise

Bay scheduling in signup

Golfers pick their bay and slot as they register, so league nights and open play fill without a separate booking dance.

  • Slot selection at registration
  • Fills slow weeknight bays

Sim leagues, tournaments & side games

Run the same recurring leagues, one-off tournaments, and side games your golfers love — scored and paid automatically on the bay screens and in the app.

  • Leagues, tournaments & Skins
  • Live leaderboards on bay screens
Sim proof

How it runs on the bays.

SimCap, GolfZon sync, and live leaderboards — the parts your staff and golfers see every league night.

SimCap golfer profiles

Each golfer builds a simulator handicap that travels across your leagues, so matchups stay fair whether they are a scratch player or a first-timer.

  • Sim-specific handicapping
  • Fair net matchups across abilities

GolfZon auto score-sync

On GolfZon, scores flow straight from the bay into standings — no clipboard, no manual entry. On other systems, entry is manual or a scorecard photo.

  • Automatic on GolfZon
  • Manual / photo on any other system

Live sim leaderboards

Standings post live to the bay screens and the golfer app, giving your regulars a reason to come back and defend a spot.

  • Live on bay screens & app
  • Keeps weeknight regulars coming back
Compatibility

Works alongside any simulator. Automatic score sync is available for GolfZon; on other systems scores are entered manually or scanned from a scorecard photo.

// Fareway does not claim automatic integration with TrackMan, Foresight, Uneekor, SkyTrak, Full Swing, or AboutGolf. Auto score-sync is GolfZon-only — everything else runs alongside your hardware with manual or photo entry.

Simulator FAQ

What sim operators ask.

Compatibility, SimCap, pricing, and bay scheduling — the straight answers.

Which simulators does Fareway work with?
Fareway works alongside any simulator. Automatic score sync is available for GolfZon; on other systems scores are entered manually or scanned from a scorecard photo. There is no hardware lock-in.
What is SimCap?
SimCap is Fareway’s proprietary simulator handicap. It gives each golfer a sim-specific rating so mixed-ability players stay competitive in net matchups across your leagues and events.
How much does it cost for a small sim venue?
Fareway charges per registration, so a small sim league is inexpensive to run — a season of roughly 50 registrations is about $200–300 at founding rates. There is no flat platform fee and no annual minimum today.
Can golfers book a bay when they register?
Yes. Bay and slot selection is built into signup, so golfers pick their time as they register for a league or open play — filling your slow weeknight bays without a separate booking step.
Does Fareway replace my tee sheet or booking system?
No. Fareway runs your leagues, tournaments, and open play, with bay scheduling built into signup. It works alongside whatever tee sheet or booking tool you already use — it is not tee-sheet software.
