These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fareway website, the Fareway Hub, and the Fareway golfer app, provided by Fareway Golf LLC ("Fareway"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. They will be replaced with reviewed terms prior to launch.

Using Fareway

You may use Fareway to organize, run, or join golf leagues, tournaments, and events. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or misuse other users' information.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Organizers and venues are responsible for the events they create and run on the platform.

Payments, fees & payouts

Fareway charges per registration; applicable rates are described on our pricing page. Entry fees and dues are set by venues and organizers. Where a prize pool exists (including Global Tournaments), payouts are calculated by Fareway and distributed by the relevant venue or organizer. Fareway is not a bank and does not provide financial services.

Registrations & cancellations

Only non-cancelled registrations are billable. Refunds and credits for cancelled registrations are handled according to the applicable venue or organizer policy and the features of the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Fareway's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This section will be finalized on legal review.
