For operators

Golf course management software that charges for what you run — not a flat $4,500.

The all-in-one platform to run leagues, tournaments, and events at your course or sim venue — registration, scoring, leaderboards, payments, and payouts — and pay only per registration.

No flat platform fee Works alongside any simulator No contract — cancel anytime
The problem

Running leagues by hand is a second job.

Signups in one spreadsheet, scores in another, dues in a group text — and it only runs as well as whoever is on shift.

Three spreadsheet tabs and a group text

Signups in one sheet, scores in another, dues chased over Venmo — every league night rebuilt from scratch by hand.

Quality swings on who is working

A great night when your best staffer is on, a rough one when they are off. The program is only as consistent as the shift.

A flat platform fee whether you run 3 leagues or 30

Legacy tools charge ~$4,500 a year up front — a hard bet to make before your first season has filled a single bay.

One platform, three ways to run revenue

Everything you need to run leagues, sims, and loyalty.

Fareway is one platform with three capability areas. Start with leagues and contests, add simulator management, and grow into golfer data and memberships — all billed per registration.

// Bay and session scheduling is a feature inside leagues and simulators — Fareway is not tee-sheet or tee-time-management software.

Pay for what you run

50–95% less than a flat Golf Genius fee.

League registrations are $4 at founding rates ($6 standard); tournaments are $2 ($3 standard). No flat platform fee, no per-round charge — your cost scales with the golfers who actually sign up.

League / tournament $4 / $2 Founding-partner per-registration rates
Back every year ~$2,800 400 league regs = $1,520 vs a ~$4,300 flat fee

Capabilities

Runs itself — the same every week.

Every part of the league lives in one place, so it doesn't matter who's working that night. Here's what your operators and golfers actually see.

Automated scheduling

Set the format once and Fareway runs the calendar — weekly sessions, matchups, and reminders go out on their own, the same every week.

  • Recurring seasons without weekly setup
  • Automatic reminders to registered golfers

Registration + payment

Golfers sign up and pay in the app — Stripe, split payments, QR sign-up. Dues land automatically, so nobody plays for free and nothing gets chased.

  • Pay-per-registration billing for the venue
  • Every golfer paid before they tee off

Standings, leaderboards + payouts

Scores post live to leaderboards golfers watch in the app, and season payouts are calculated for you — with a Monday payout report you approve and close. Fareway does not move cash on its own.

  • Live standings that keep golfers coming back
  • Automated payout calculation + Monday report
Who it's for

One platform, tuned to your kind of venue.

The same leagues engine, framed around the revenue that matters to you. Pick the lens that fits.

Indoor sim venues

Fill your slow weeknights

ROI lens: bay utilization on your slowest nights.
Entertainment & range

Turn visits into a habit

Give casual guests a reason to come back on a schedule. Leagues and events add a repeat-visit layer on top of walk-in traffic.

ROI lens: visit frequency — your own numbers, via the calculator.
Outdoor & daily-fee

Smooth the year-round curve

Run leagues across the season and pair them with an indoor program so revenue does not crater when the weather turns.

ROI lens: counter-cyclical revenue across seasons.

Operator FAQ

Questions operators ask.

Straight answers on cost vs Golf Genius, contracts, simulator compatibility, and Global Tournaments.

How does Fareway compare to Golf Genius on cost?
Golf Genius charges a flat ~$4,200–$4,600 per location, per year, whether you run 100 registrations or 550. Fareway charges per registration ($4 league / $2 tournament at founding rates), so most small and mid-size venues pay a fraction of that flat fee.
Is there a contract or annual minimum?
No flat platform fee and, today, no annual minimum or long-term contract. You pay only for non-cancelled registrations, and you can cancel anytime.
Which simulators does Fareway work with?
Fareway works alongside any simulator. Automatic score-sync is available for GolfZon; on other systems scores are entered manually or scanned from a scorecard photo. There is no hardware lock-in.
Does Fareway work for outdoor and daily-fee courses too?
Yes. Outdoor and daily-fee courses run season-long leagues and can pair them with an indoor program to smooth revenue across the year. The same engine runs sim, entertainment, and outdoor venues.
What are Global Tournaments?
Global Tournaments are free, Fareway-managed events your venue can opt into and promote to golfers with no setup on your side. The prize pool splits 85% to winners and 15% to Fareway.
