Handicap ranges for flights
How it works today: when you auto-assign by handicap, the Hub sorts teams from lowest to highest handicap and splits them into the number of groups you ask for (or groups of the size you ask for), each with about the same number of teams — lowest handicaps in the first group. It can also split by night, or by night and start time. You can then move any team by hand. See Divisions and flights.

Record a forfeit or a match stopped early
How it works today: you can already set what a forfeit is worth — Forfeit award, under Match Scoring in the league wizard. Scoring handles both cases once they’re recorded; until the button ships, email hello@fareway.golf with the league, week and teams (and the last hole played, for a match that ran out of time) and we record it the same day.
Charge a season skins fee once
How it works today: use Fee charged → Each week they play with the weekly amount — for example $5 a week instead of $50 up front. The pots come out the same. Avoid Once, when they register for now: it currently records the full season fee in every week’s pot.
Plus handicaps give strokes back
How it works today: a plus handicap plays off scratch: no strokes given, none given back. That also means a plus limit in Limit the handicap range has no effect yet. See Handicaps.
Playoffs
How it works today: your regular season runs completely without playoffs. The top teams are on each division’s Standings tab; before your season ends, ask us and we’ll set up the playoff round with you.
A league cap on strokes per hole
How it works today: the handicap calculation already limits each hole, at the limit loaded with each course. There is no separate per-league setting yet.
A sub for one night
How it works today: Swap this player replaces a golfer for the rest of the season — see Teams and players. For a one-night sub, tell us ahead of the week.
